The ARIIX Member Event brought together a diverse group of members from all over the world for an integrated experience that truly celebrated their role within the company. The event was designed with multiple components, including an award presentation, product launch, team-building activities, and plenty of opportunities for networking and connection. This special occasion aimed to not only reconnect members with the company and its products but also to reinforce the message that the members themselves are the core asset of the company. Their contributions are the foundation of the company’s success. The theme of the event, “Unleash the Power,” was a reflection of the company’s commitment to personal growth, empowerment, and the value of every individual in the ARIIX community. It emphasized that members are not just integral to the company’s success—they are also nurtured and celebrated as they grow and develop personally.
The guest experience centered around the timeless story of Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank, with every detail designed to evoke the elegance and heritage of the past 130 years. The theme of time was visually embodied through golden, grandiose decor with elements reflecting the brand’s colors, creating a luxurious and unified atmosphere. Staff were invited to journey from the bank’s historical roots to its vision for the future.
The evening began with a grand opening, featuring a captivating video that combined a live violin performance with the corporate story, narrating the bank’s 130-year journey. The climax of the event was a powerful drum dance, bringing the energy to a peak and celebrating the bank’s vibrant and enduring spirit. As is tradition with the company’s staff parties, the night concluded with a lively after-party featuring live band music, allowing everyone to fully relax, celebrate, and connect.
The event concept focused on celebrating Crédit Agricole group’s 130 years of success while highlighting the company’s connection with Hong Kong. Our team designed the event to pay tribute to the bank’s achievements and underscore the mutual growth between the organization and the city. Every aspect, from decor to performances, was carefully selected to highlight the theme of “timeless success.”
With a comprehensive approach to event management, we oversaw all elements of the evening’s rundown, coordinated work distribution with the client’s staff, and provided guidance at every stage. Our team handled all on-stage logistics, pre- and post-event preparations, and communication with the hotel, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.
To deliver an immersive and meaningful experience, we managed all aspects of the evening’s performances, including organizing a talented violinist, a choreographed drum dance that built to a climactic moment, and a live band for the after-party, with each act strategically planned to add depth and excitement to the celebration.
Our team developed a corporate video to accompany the violin performance, offering a visual narrative of the company’s story. We also created animations to enhance the drum dance, varying the visuals in sync with the rhythm. This added an extra layer of engagement, allowing guests to experience the bank’s story through both sight and sound.
Our audio and lighting team worked to maintain a grand and celebratory atmosphere throughout the event, enhancing each performance and setting the tone for the evening. From the opening video to the live band at the after-party, we ensured that every element of sound and light contributed to a cohesive and immersive experience.
The event received exceptionally positive feedback from the client, who valued our expertise and previous experience with t Crédit Agricole group. They felt confident and reassured throughout the planning and execution stages, appreciating the seamless coordination and attention to detail. The after-party was a highlight of the night, with staff lingering to enjoy the festivities and express their happiness.
